Designed as a luxury seaside villa, it is situated on top of a small picturesque hill and offers a panoramic view towards the sea from one side and towards a carefully arranged inner yard on the other. The project provides various possibilities for the building's functions – from a summer relaxation zone to an all-season fully-equipped family house. Some space for guests is also available.
There are three levels with autonomous living zones, connected with a spacious staircase. Ground floor could be accessed directly from outside.
There is a garage for two cars and parking space for 3-4 additional vehicles for guests.
The inner yard is designed as a natural extension of the house – with a swimming pool, BBQ, children's playground, plenty of greenery, colorful flower gardens and an organic kitchen garden.
All rooms are extra-wide and spacious. The living-rooms are more like volleyball courts or small restaurants. They are divided into various zones - sitting area, relaxation, food preparation, dining zone, coffee and tea, hobby, internet, TV and multimedia, phone calls etc. Each bedroom is soundproofed and has its own balcony and a bathroom equipped with a hi-tech shower cabin, electronic toilet seat, hydro massage bath, large wash stand and cabinets for cosmetics and towels.
The ground floor is occupied by a stylish apartment which accommodates a vestibule, large living-room with a fireplace and a cinema zone, terrace, kitchen, dining-room, bathroom, laundry, work-room and a bedroom.
The first floor is occupied by a three bedroom apartment with a large living-room, fireplace, kitchen, dining-room, bar, laundry, and 3 bedrooms with bathrooms and balconies.
The most distinctive architectural element of the exterior is even more spectacular from the inside. It belongs to the fancy apartment on the top floor - a round bedroom with oval double bed, spectacular glazing and a magnificent view to the sea and the sky.
In the basement there are an attractive family restaurant, fireplace, sports facilities, sauna, restroom, bathroom, etc.
Everywhere in the building use of natural materials is the first priority. A large amount of wood and stone both on the outside and on the inside, insulation of rock wool, wooden window frames, floor coverings with cork finish and eco furnishing have been used.
