VILLA KALINA in Arapia resort, Black Sea coast

Villa Kalina is a part of a small resort complex designed in a traditional Bulgarian country style. The complex consists of 6 houses, a  fish restaurant and an open bar. It is situated on a picturesque slope, overlooking  the sea and only minutes away from the beach. At the same time it is a quiet and peaceful place offering privacy and tranquility. Abundant greenery is maintained with a special irrigation system. Each house has an individually landscaped garden, swimming pool, parking space and a lovely view.

The use of natural materials brings a feeling of comfort and cosines. High ceilings decorated with wood carving, multiple ornaments in the interior and astonishing finishing touches meet the guests in the inside. 

The simple, yet inspiring appearance of the house reveals affordability and  romance at the same time. The facade is decorated with many flowers placed in wooden cases under the windows.

 The first floor houses a spacious living room, dining-room, modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, closet and a toilet. A large, glass door connects the inner space with the courtyard and leads directly to the swimming pool.

On the second floor there are three separate bedrooms with an area of 15 to 20 square meters, king-size beds, luxurious bathrooms and a large terraces.
